Calico Cockatiels have won the National Cage Bird Show (or
the NCS Specialty Show in Montgomery 2004 when the NCB Show
was cancelled in Texas) FIVE OF THE LAST SEVEN YEARS. |
|
|
Calico won our first National Cage Bird Show Best-in-Show in
1999. We were very pleased that we won with a
daughter of
our “Aura”—Calico’s first big winner and the beginning of
our line. |
|
|
The following two years were won by a Cockatiel very special
to us, “The Albino”. The “Albino” accomplished three firsts:
first Pied, first Whiteface and the first Cockatiel ever to
win the NCB Show more than once. |
|
|
In 2003 Calico won with Clear Pied Cinnamon Pearl. The
Best-in-Show in 2005 represented the first Cockatiel sold by
Calico to win the National Cage Bird Show. |
